Yes, we require someone to be home during service. The service is quick, (approximately 15 minutes per mattress), and we simply ask that all linens and mattress protectors are removed before we arrive.

No. Because we don’t use liquids or steam, your mattress is ready for a healthy night’s sleep the moment we finish.

Our process is 100% dry, chemical-free disinfection, focused on neutralising 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and allergens. Most mattress manufacturers do not recommend the use of steam or liquids, as moisture can damage internal components and encourage mould growth. As such, we do not provide wet-stain removal.

For optimal allergy and asthma management, and to extend the life of your mattress, professional UVC mattress disinfection is recommended every 6-12 months.
